Spot #2 – LIGHTHOUSE OF VADA

The lighthouse of Vada is a maritime lighthouse on the shoals of Vada, off the same coast.

The present infrastructure dates back to 1959, when it replaced the original lighthouse that was in poor condition. The headlight is constituted by a cylindrical tower, with internal gallery and black outer wall with wide horizontal red band, which rests on a mighty concrete base which is interrupted in the vicinity of the steps leading to the entrance door.
